Dockside Pilsner

Today I'm drinking Dockside Pilsner brewed by Thomas Creek Brewery in Greenville, South Carolina. The label shows one seagull chilling at the end of a dock and as usual has the tagline, "Sink the Status Quo."

Fluffy white head. Smells like a pilsner. Grainy aroma with a hint of lemon. Toasted bread and grain flavors are prominent but equally matched with some nice citrus lemon bitterness. A light flowery feel also contributes. Nice carbonation, lightly prickly. A simple and thirst-quenching beer. Not bad!

I like what they did with Hatuey. I am definitely going to try it.

Hey Herby.

I love what they did with Hatuey, and though they brewed it, Bacardi had something to do with it.

TC has 4 new beers down here now if you want to check them out. This one is probably my favorite, though I like Hatuey more.
