Today I'm drinking Rumble, an oak aged India Pale Ale brewed by Great Divide Brewing Company in Denver, Colorado. The label calls this Exemplary, Balanced and Very Inspiring. It also gives some suggested food pairings as usual, which you can see in the photo below.

Not a very powerful aroma, but mostly malty and spice with a hint of oak. Bread and caramel flavors start things off, a little sweet in the beginning. There is also a definite oak flavor throughout, kind of buttery. The initial sweetness is tamed a bit by some spicy black pepper nips and pine, both highlighted by the 7.1% alcohol. More spice and a hint of orange come along before a nice smooth finish. Pretty nice beer all around. Check it out.
