Now you definitely have an interesting label on this beer. How could you not notice the ram charging through a path of historic buildings leaving only fire and ruin? The story on the back of the label predicts that "once this beer is discovered, Utah will never be the same". Remember, getting the word out and helping with that change is where I come in. You know, so everyone won't think Utah is just a bunch of Mormons (I suppose). Born 07/19/11.
Malty rich caramel aroma. Very nutty flavors in the beginning, quite interesting. Right behind that a nice little 8.0% alcohol burn. Sweet bread and toffee and honey come next, followed by some vanilla and spicy nips. Now you might call me crazy, but I feel some apple cider type action in the background, just an interesting nuance, but this certainly has a little twang to it. Creamy yet low carbonation. Good medium body. Pleasant aftertaste. This is a flavorful and interesting beer, pretty unique. I liked it. Check it out!

I had this at the Wasatch brewpub in Park City a couple years ago. Wasn't really ready to drink it though, was already full from eating and drinking other beers. I remember it being a pretty rich beer.
They had a "Cowboy Coffee Stout" on cask that I was drinking.
Hey Patrick. I checked the box of the ones they sent. Cowboy Coffee Stout wasn't one of them, but I have some fun-looking beers coming up.
Cowboy Coffee was only 4%, as were all the drafts. That made for very easy drinking though. Did they send you any Polygamy Porter? Provo Girl Pilsner?
Yes, they sent both of those. Looking forward to working my way through them.
