Big head. Honey and yeast aroma, sweet and welcoming. The flavors start out with some fruity pears and apples paired nicely with quite the yeast flavor and texture. Some tart funkiness and black peppery spice are also prominent in the beginning. As you progress, you will start to taste plenty of bitter hoppiness and a good dose of lemon. Nice balance that leans a bit bitter.
The finish is very dry with a yeasty, lemony aftertaste left behind. Carbonation is prickly and the light alcohol bite is noticeable and welcome. Refreshing, different, flavorful, enjoyable. Check it out!

If it tastes as good as it looks in the glass, I'll love it. I've seen some Summit brews in Orlando, but I don't think I've seen this one. I'll be looking for it.
Cheers!
Yeah, it looks nice doesn't it? I hadn't seen this Summit beer down here until recently. Hope you can find it.
