Sea Cow Milk Stout

You remember Saltwater Brewery's Sea Cow Milk Stout right? Well, Saltwater now cans this beer, named after Florida's Manatee, so I decided to check it out again. Can art is cool, of course done in house by their fantastic artist and owner. "Explore The Depths of Beer" and "Dark Roasty Sweet Milk Stout" also appear on the can. Coastal Series. 6% alcohol. 38 IBUs.

Chocolate, coffee, roasted malty aroma. Creamy texture full of milk chocolate and coffee flavors. Nice roast, a little spicy, pumpernickel bread.

Good flavors, good balance. Sweet with some roasty bitterness and a hint of smoke. Also great texture. I like 'em a little sweeter but pretty yum. Check it out!
