Samuel Adams Cream Stout

Today I'm drinking Samuel Adams Cream Stout brewed by The Boston Beer Company in Boston, Cincinnati or Breinigsville, Pennsylvania. This was a favorite of mine before I really truly discovered all that was available in the craft beer world. I most recently reviewed it 19 months ago. I really had no intentions of reviewing it again this week, but Leah @BeahBunnie gave me two bottles at the World of Beer Charity Event a few days ago. Said she didn't like it. Enjoy before 12/2011. And oh yeah, boring label.

Creamy chocolate with a nice light roasted coffee scent. Excellent aroma! Chocolate flavors in the beginning but not sweet. Rather some roasted malt and bittering coffee keep this beer on the bitter side of neutral. Creamy and very nice texture. Great body and carbonation. No real alcohol presence. This is a simple yet flavorful stout with a really nice lingering aftertaste. I guess Leah is just insane (and such "a hot bitch!"). Try it every time it's offered.
