Weyerbacher Brewing Company in Easton, Pennsylvania. The label depicts what appears to be an old Belgian scene, rock houses, brick roads, horses, very quaint.
Strong wheat aroma, with yeast, lemon and banana also contributing. Very pleasant bouquet. Fruity sweet orange flavors kick things off. There is also plenty of coriander right from the beginning, too. And of course, that unmistakable Belgian yeast.
A lemony hoppy answer to the initial sweetness comes next, pairing well with some prickly carbonation to really liven up your palate. Wheaty flavor and texture. Good body. Nice beer all around.
